Uludag Racing Formula SAE:
Battery Enclosure & Cell Holder Design

Took part in the mechanical design processes of the high-voltage battery pack for the race car developed by the Uludag Racing Formula SAE team. In this project, a battery architecture that fully complies with safety regulations and maximizes performance was established.

Cell Holders

I designed modular cell holders that ensure cylindrical lithium-ion batteries remain safely and rigidly in the vehicle against high G-forces and vibrations during racing.

Enclosure

I modeled the battery enclosure that protects the cell modules from external factors, impacts, and short circuit risks. Considering the limited volume in the chassis of Formula SAE vehicles, I designed the enclosure to be both lightweight and structurally durable as required by regulations.
