OTAGG: Autonomous Vehicle Development Group

I served as the Captain and Mechanical Team Lead of the 80-member OTAGG team. We reached the finals in the Teknofest Robotaxi Passenger Autonomous Vehicle competition and competed as a finalist in Turkey among 568 teams in the simulation phase.

Engineering Solutions and Leadership

• Designed the exterior shell of the OTAGG-02 vehicle from scratch.
• Mechanical systems including the steering mechanism, powertrain, and motor mounts were designed.
• Successfully integrated an encoder into the drive motor to increase autonomous driving precision.
• Designed the steering drive system from scratch, optimizing steering torque with appropriate reducer integration.
• Successfully managed the project budget, production schedule, and technical reporting processes through intra-team coordination.
